Seller's Notes:This item is still under warranty and will be thoroughly checked before sale. Electronic reclining seats in 3 sections as well as plugs in the center counsel. Reclining pieces have separate head and foot rest controls! Has some fabric pilling and one loose thread (pictured). Downsizing homes so it needs to go. We paid 3500 for it, willing to negotiate price a bit. Has been in a home with cats (An American shorthair and a Siamiese). Little to no cat damage. They sit on it but never an accident or spill. No clawmarks or sratches. Overall in great condition. A great couch for a family to enjoy!
