Seller's Notes:This is a gorgeous Holkoetter brass, swing-arm floor lamp. This was my mother's lamp and she gave it to me 2 years ago. It is approximately 6 years old. It's home was a one bedroom apartment on the UES of Manhattan. The lamo wasn't used too frequently and remains in excellent condition over all. It DOES need a new bulb (100 watt Osram halogen bulb) The first 2 pictures are of the actual lamp, sitting in my office. The third picture is a stock image from Lamp Plus. Here's the relevant information: Solid brass construction. Brushed brass finish. Marble shade. Easy to reach dimmer. Light output 1500 lumens. Color temperature 2900K. 46 1/2" to 60" adjustable maximum height. 20" maximum arm extension. Base is 9 1/4" wide. This lamp retails for $718 on Lampsplus.com and also YLighting.com
