Condition is fair with some minor scratches on the desk and a chip on the bottom left hand side of the desk (picture included). Otherwise good condition. Desk will need to be picked up from the Lake View Chicago area. I can help with carrying the desk and will require lifting down one small flight of stairs. I am on the 1st floor.
