Seller's Notes:This is an authentic vintage Eames RAR rocking chair for Herman Miller, in the original molded fiberglass shell — a true mid-century collectible. The chair dates from the 1970s and features the classic yellow fiberglass shell with beautifully visible fibers, paired with the original metal rocker base and wood runners. I’ve owned it for years and have always used it lightly in a smoke-free home. The chair has normal vintage patina consistent with age — no cracks, chips, or structural issues. The shell is in great shape with a warm, even tone, and the base is sturdy. One small mark on the shell (shown in photos) that can be lightened or cleaned with proper fiberglass care. These original fiberglass versions are highly sought after and hard to find, especially in this color. I'm only selling it because I’m simplifying my space.
