Seller's Notes:These are beautiful chairs that I bought in sequence when I first moved into a larger new apartment and had a different living room theory than I ended up landing on--I jumped the gun! One of them has scratches as shown. The other one literally has never even been perched on and is in new condition. I have the certificate of authenticity for the second one. (The chairs are made to order. The sequence was: bought the first one, loved it, somehow managed to scratch it a bit, ordered the second one, it arrived 8-10 weeks after I ordered it and I'd realized by then I needed a different plan for my living room, never used the second one at all, and took too long to post them here!). One of these was on holiday sale for $800 from MoMA and the other was more. If you don't mind the scratches too much or can look into whether a wax or wood oil could help with them, I think this is a real steal.

You can tell it’s Eames at a glance. Lounge chair, dining chair. Both with wood or chrome-plated steel legs. Molding thin sheets of lightweight veneer into gently curved shapes gives the durable material a soft, inviting appearance. The chairs work just about anywhere—from homes and offices to schools and public areas.
