Seller's Notes:This a gorgeous, unusual, elegant, well-loved solid cherry wood desk from Herman Miller designed by Thomas Newhouse for the TD Collection, which won an industrial design award. It looks like it belongs in a home, or maybe some Mad Men executive office. It has no sharp edges. The corner section is curved. That corner section attaches on the right to a nice-sized desk with a drawer and a flip-up back, and on the left to a narrower section with a shelf underneath that can hold books or a printer. There are shapely cut-outs for all your wires. We love it and would be keeping it, but no longer have room for it. Also, we re-finished it to a darker hue than the orginal cherry. The flip-up piece is still the original. Also, it came with a half-moon drop-leaf that can fold down or extend on the right side of the desk. We have it somewhere in storage, but we can't find it since our move. I swear we will send it to you when we find it. There was also a keyboard tray that attached under the corner piece. We can't find that either, but would send it, as well. With the half-moon leaf attached, that longest side, which is to the right of the corner, would become 94". Without the leaf, that right side is 70" and 25" deep. The side that extends from the corner to the left is 65" long and 15" deep. (Those dimensions are taken as if the corner piece, which is actually curved, was squared off and touched the wall, though it doesn't, because of the pretty curve.)
