Seller's Notes:I am renovating my apartment and am looking to sell some furniture. This is a fantastic piece because it is still relatively new, has absolutely no stains (visible or not visible), can sit 3 people comfortably, and has not been exposed to any smoke / pet odors. There are absolutely no tears in the fabric and as you can see from the photos, no stains under any of the couch pillows. I am looking to sell ASAP (by end of week the latest).
