Seller's Notes:We purchased an open-box return Haworth Zody from a reseller (http://crandalloffice.com/) for our office and ended up not needing it. The chair is basically like new, the only thing to note is that one screw in the back is slightly loose -- we don't have an allen-style screwdriver on hand to tighten it, but it just needs tightening.
