Seller's Notes:I have two identical leather couches for sale that we're purchased from Haverty's in Winter Garden, Florida 3 years ago. Both units are in great condition but one unit has minor scrapes on the back side due to rubbing up against the wall when using the power recliner. This is shown in the images. The leather is extremely soft and the seat cushions are very comfy. There is power recliners, lumbar support and power headrests. The middle of both units has a fold down armrest/center console that has 2 cupholders, two adjustable reading lights, and power outlet with two standard plugs and two USB plugs. Both units have NEVER been exposed to smoke. I'm selling due to moving out of the state.
