Seller's Notes:We are remodeling and that's the only reason we are selling these Havertys sofas. They are Italian leather, soft and comfortable. They've held up so well and have a lot of life left. On one couch, there are 2 small stains on the right arm rest and small crack on the left cushion. The rest of the sofa has typical wear. The other couch has no stains or cracks, just typical wear. The cushions are still firm (on a scale of 1- 5, 5 meaning the firmest, they're 3.5) and the leather has the natural discoloration that gives the sofas character. Each sofa sits 3 people very comfortably.
