Seller's Notes:This couch is just under 14 months old, and has been in a smoke-free, pet-free apartment during that time. I've chosen to upgrade to a pricier couch, but not for any reason related to issues with this couch. This couch comes in a few pieces, and is fairly easy to put together. I did it myself, but would recommend doing it with two people to make it easier and ensure that all the parts are fit together tightly. I noted in my description that there is a wobble, but that is entirely related to one of the arms of the couch - and I believe that was my fault for putting it together by myself. The chaise part of the sectional is reversible so can be set up on either side of the couch. Otherwise, everything is pretty straightforward and as shown in the pictures. It is definitely on the firmer side, not something you will sink into. The pull out sleeper cushion is very easy and handy - in a matter of minutes you have a queen sized cushion for guests (or naps). The sectional piece has substantial storage room.
