It stands on only three legs, but Shell has absolute stability, owing to Wegner’s expertise in cabinetmaking and architecture. His belief that a chair “should be beautiful from all sides and angles” is especially evident here, a marvel of grace and beauty. This is the authentic Shell Chair produced by Carl Hansen & Søn. Made in Denmark. Iconic lounge chair from legendary Danish designer. Extremely stable three-leg design. Conforming curves and black leather upholstery for comfort. Made in Denmark. Dimensions: 29" H 36.25" W 32.75" D Product Weight: 20 lbs It is in excellent condition, a few slight scratches on the leg and edge of wood seat (as shown in the photos). The leather is in excellent condition, no scratches, tears, etc, like new.
