Seller's Notes:Originally purchased by my mother and used as an occasional formal dining table for several years. It was in (careful) storage for about 20 years, then I used it as a daily kitchen table for the past 4 years. This is a hand crafted solid oak dining room table with small brass detailing below the tabletop and 6 solid oak matching chairs (one with arms). It is beautiful warm wood in excellent condition and has 2 removable leaves that allow the table to be a large, full-size oval, a medium sized oval, or a 42" diameter circle that fits 4 chairs. Dimensions given are for full size (with both leaves in). Each leaf is 1’ wide and they are extremely easy to remove and put in. The table sits securely on a solid oak pedestal (tabletop comes off pedestal for transport and bolts back in. It is very easy to reassemble and has retained it's sturdiness for decades. The chairs are also solid oak & all are very sturdy. One chair is made with arms; 5 are made without arms. There are a few near invisible scratches on the tabletop. To see them, you have to look at an angle in the light. There is also a small (~1cm) divot in the edge of the tabletop from a cross county move. This is fillable and I initially didn’t notice it for quite a while post-move.
