Seller's Notes: This table was hand-carved in Indonesia in the late 1990's from the trunk of a single maple tree. The detail is exquisite. The table top is a work of art unto itself and can be easily removed from the base, however, in a stationary position the table is completely stable. The table comes with a glass top making it highly functional as well as a great conversation piece. Can be used for dining, card-playing, charcuterie, etc. The small facial crack in the upper base is barely discernable, but as mentioned can be easily repaired with epoxy, or left as is as it does not pose a threat to the table's stability.
