Seller's Notes:With pleasure we present a top-of-the-range Sectional sofa from renowned maker, Hancock and Moore. Hand assembled in Hickory, North Carolina from highest grade materials in the best, sturdiest manner. Finest grade kiln-dried frames. Individually cut, matched and sewn top-grain aniline hides. Double-doweled joints. Hand-tied 8-way coil springs. Highest quality webbing reinforced with tempered steel. Zipper cushions. *Each end section is about 55" long. With corner unit in place, leave about 8 feet per side. If optional slipper chair is used, add another 25" to that side. The slipper chair is illustrated both in (on carpet) and out ( on hardwood floor) of the sofa group. Matching club chair, slipper chair and ottoman included. We have called the condition "good" because we can't say it is "new". However, there is no damage, no visible wear or stains, marks or the like. Please note that whilst we have one cat for the last 4 years, she stays off the sofa, preferring woolen blankets. We keep our place very ship-shape!
