Seller's Notes:This is a 9-piece, counter-height dining room set by Hamilton & Spill Furniture Group. The table can be used at full size (square) with the leaf, or smaller rectangular size without the leaf. All 8 chairs fit comfortably at the full size. This set is definitely a conversation-starter. We've received a lot of compliments on the look and finish. It's black with an extremely understated distressed look in various places. It gives this contemporary/modern set a very subtle rustic feel, which was a main feature that attracted me to it initially. You can see an example of this in the close-up photos. It is in very good condition. It was minimally used – only a couple times a year on special occasions (we normally ate at our kitchen table instead). I am the original owner, and purchased it at Fortunoff. We're selling it simply because we're downsizing. The photos here show the table without the leaf and with 4 chairs. This is only because of our limited space. The listing includes the full set (with leaf and all 8 chairs).
