Seller's Notes: This is a brand new custom-made contemporary armchair and ottoman from Hallagan, a premier furniture house. We paid over $1800 for this exquisitely tailored chair and ottoman in a fine brown ribbed chenille. Unfortunately, we ordered it from a catalog and underestimated its size relative to our sofa. Our mistake is your gain. The furniture was delivered to us just this week on Aug 31st, so it has not been used and is pristine. It goes without saying that there is absolutely no damage to the chair or the ottoman, and we inspected it thoroughly upon delivery to confirm that it arrived in perfect condition. We have also refrained from using it and even asked guests to not touch it as we want the proud new future owners of this beautiful furniture to be the first ones to enjoy it. The furniture is absolutely stunning, and my wife and I have had lengthy discussions about keeping it for ourselves, however, it just does not go with the style of the rest of the room.
