Seller's Notes:Back in the early (ish) WFH days, I started having terrible hip and back pain from all the time sat at my desk. I did my research and ended up splurging on this HAG Capisco chair. There's not much I can say that hasn't been said by ergonomic experts (too much research to link to!). It's excellent for alignment and positioning, etc. I felt a difference almost immediately. It's heigh adjustable, and includes an added footbar. I'm moving and getting rid of lots of furniture, so I'd love to find a new home for this wonderful piece! Description says "Good - minor blemishes" but there's absolutely no marks at all!
