Seller's Notes:British made 'Habitat' Leather Armchair and Footstool. Light Walnut screw-in legs on both chair and footstool. Chair has a movable zippered seat cushion. Footstool has movable (sealed) cushion. Amazing condition from a smoke and pet free home. Both items have sings of gentle use and aging just as you'd want from a soft leather chair. (The chair has a very minor scuff on the left hand side, close to the top of the arm. Would virtually disappear with minimal leather treatment). Minimal use over the time of ownership, traveling with me to NY from the UK, and spending a significant amount of time in air conditioned storage! (Footstool Dimensions: w25xd21xh16)
