Seller's Notes:Selling our Gus Modern couch to make more space in our playroom. Bought in 2021 for $3650. Since this was in our family room, we barely used this couch so it’s in really good condition. It’s modular so there is a left arm, a right arm, and an ottoman which can be used as a chaise on either side or also as a stand alone ottoman/ coffee table. We will also throw in the walnut tray that we bought separately for $200 that can go on top of the ottoman. Overall: 88" W x 76" D x 28.5" H Seat Height: 16.5" Arm Height: 22"
