Seller's Notes:In trying to furnish my apartment, I purchased two new Gus Modern Annex Cabinets. However, after getting them, it’s become clear that I don’t really have room for two. So, as a result, I’m selling one. It’s right out of the box and has never been used (aside from, y’know, just sitting on my floor). I even have the accompanying care document (shown in the photos). Also, it’s got an adjustable shelf, self-closing drawers, mitered corners, and adjustable legs/feet to ensure it’s level. Basically, a lot of nice touches.
