Seller's Notes:This reclining gray leather couch is in its prime condition - almost brand new state. It has no scratches, tears, discoloration or sagging. In fact, it has hardly been used as we don't entertain too much. Needless to say, all the moving parts are working as designed. The price is still negotiable if you are interested. I would not have sold it if I did not have to downsize my next house. It is nice to sit on to read and do other crafty projects. You need 7-8 inches between the wall and the couch if you place it next to the wall.
