Seller's Notes:We purchased this modern gray leather sectional about a year ago for our high-rise apartment in downtown Flushing. It features a right-facing chaise, sleek lines, and soft, durable leather — perfect for a clean, contemporary look. The sofa has been gently used in a clean home with two adults and a cat. While it's in very good condition overall, there are a few minor surface scratches from the cat that are barely noticeable and don’t affect the comfort or structure of the piece. The leather still looks great and is easy to maintain. We're only selling it because we’re changing our space layout. It’s been a stylish and comfortable addition to our home, and we hope it finds a new one where it’ll be just as appreciated!
