Seller's Notes: I bought this from an estate sale about 7 years ago. It's SO COMFORTABLE. The couch is perfect as a guest bed. Cushion covers are removable and washable. It's a greenish-bluish-gray color that goes with everything. Comes with a pair of matching pillows. I live in a row house in the city and I need more room. The only damage is fraying at at bottom front edge of the couch hem. The fraying was there when I got the couch and hasn't got any worse in 7 years so it must have been from an animal, not from wear and tear. The trim at the bottom of one chair is a little loose, might just need new staples. See photos for damage. I will wash the covers and vacuum the pieces thoroughly before pickup.
