Some edges are scuffed, but the nature of the Antique White finish disguises the blemishes well. Two potential "fixer uppers" include scraping off the few white paint splotches as well as replacing one of the drawers tracks, which doesn't glide perfectly smoothly, but still very usable as is (replacements cost $24 from the manufacturer - https://www.gothiccabinetcraft.com/bedroom/product-parts/metal-track-replacement-set/). This was the first bed I bought myself, right out of college after moving to NYC. Hoping to find it a new home where it will continue to be cherished and continue to gain character!
