I love this futon, but I need space for a home office, so it's time to let it go. This is one of the best futon mattresses out there, and is very comfortable to sit on, and to sleep on. The wood frame is easy to move up and down, and is done from the front (meaning no awkward reaching to the back!). I love the design of the frame with the wide arm rests. The mattress cover can be swapped out with a wide variety of colors and fabrics at Futonland.
