Seller's Notes:Chair is in good condition with some scuffing on the frame (see photo of back of chair) that doesn't detract from the chair's overall appearance. The chair also was fully refurbished by Herman Miller a year and a half ago, including a brand new lift mechanism, new upholstery and new arms. Unfortunately, as noted below, the height adjustment toggle button on the right arm recently failed and while it still works to raise and lower the arm, the button needs to be coaxed and jiggled.
