Seller's Notes:This piece is a PIECE. Solid wood. None of this veneer nonsense. The grain has a real tactile texture. It will store loads. It's a darker color, which the main picture captures best. As shown in the "blemish" pictures, two of the rails that guide the drawers needed fixing at one point, and I made an inelegant fix, but they work. (Those can only be seen when you remove the drawers completely). A few other nicks here and there on the sides of the drawers, which aren't visible when they are closed. I see a smaller version (five drawers instead of six) was listed for more at Kaiyo here, seemingly from before we had inflation. https://kaiyo.com/from-the-source-from-the-source-mission-five-drawer-chest/ I clicked on "dog" for "exposed to", but that exposure has been minimal. We recently brought a small hypoallergenic dog into our home, but he has not been allowed in the bedroom.
