Seller's Notes:This is a substantial china cabinet in off white with rubbed silver-gold leaf detailing, ornate fittings and ornamental carving below its peak. It comes in two pieces, making it easier to move through doorways. The upper display unit has interior lights, and two extra GE Lumiline Lamps are included. It has adjustable shelves and the back walls are covered in ivory moiré fabric that can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth. The lower section held two complete sets of service for 24, silver serving pieces and sterling silverware storage chests for decades. This lower section has two side cabinets and one long center cabinet. Each of the cabinets has an adjustable shelf. The ornamental key locks all doors,top and bottom. There is a tiny area of rubbed-silver paint peel on the inside of a display door jam and it is only visible if you open the door to store or remove something. There is slight crackling that is barely noticeable and please see last photo for that detail. The cabinet was exposed to some cigarette smoke in the early 1980s. It was bought in Roslyn, NY at an antique shop that handled the wrapping and white glove delivery service. Now, it is in a climate controlled storage facility and again was professionally wrapped and moved by white glove service. Dimensions: Peak to floor (dead center, straight down plumb line from highest point at the top to the floor) is 93 inches. Peak to where it meets the bottom section is 63 inches Bottom section is 30 inches to the floor Overall width is 85 inches Depth is 15-1/2 (at the top molding), 13-1/2 (display/storage areas) and 14-1/2 (at the bottom molding)
