Seller's Notes:This dresser has been sitting in an elevator vestibule for the last ~2 years. It has never been used, solely has been decorative. It is in great condition!
Designer Commode in Louis XV, chessboard pattern. Solid wood on all sides and black and white painted chess tiles on the top. Slightly cambered body with extended corner strakes on a deeply lowered frame, ending over high curly legs in bronze caps. On the corresponding sides and in the front are extremely richly ornamented Baroque bronze fittings. Appropriately curved profile-framed cover plate. Openwork rocaille applications and cartridge-shaped fittings.
