Sterling Place in Park Slope, Brooklyn NY. It is 5 months old and in like new condition. It had little to none wear and tear. It's as close to new as it can be. I am the only person who has ever sat on it. I have no animals and do not smoke. I have kept it covered with a throw since purchasing it. I am moving and need to sell it. Buyer is responsible for shipping
