Seller's Notes:We purchased this sofa about a year ago for our cabin upstate. Now that we've been here a bit, we're looking to upgrade and get something even larger. The couch has been great. The fabric holds up remarkably well, even though it's an oat color. You can remove the coverings and throw them in the wash, and they come out looking good as new. No stains or blemishes at all. We've been really careful about that. We do have a 15 pound terrier, and she'll sleep on the couch from time to time with us while we watch TV, but overall, wear and tear is very much to a minimum. We're only up here part time, so the couch doesn't always get daily wear. This couch is a beauty, so hoping it finds a new home!
