Seller's Notes:Want to be transparent off the top: we have a cat that loved clawing the front right corner of this couch. Hence, the low low price. We spent a few hours cutting all of the loose fabric off, but you can see from the zoomed in pic that there's still a few snags that mostly blend in but are noticeable up close and in direct light - with a bit more patience, I bet you could doctor the fabric and make it good as new. This is the ONLY place he clawed it, the rest of the couch is in great condition. There is a tiny hole on the top about as big as a pinprick from when it was moved into this apartment, but you'd have to be looking for it to notice it. Otherwise, the item is in really good condition and we've only had it for about ten months. The two pieces come apart easily so it's very easily movable. The chaise is a bit too large for our tiny living room, so we're moving on to a smaller version by the same brand. Love Floyd Home's products overall, just overshot size-wise.
