Seller's Notes:This one of a kind designer sofa has barely been used and is in almost new condition( never exposed to smoke, pets etc ) . I need to sell it as I am re decorating my apartment. The sofa has an integrated solid wood back bookcase, making it a unique room divider. The couch is extremely comfortable and due to its width ( seat width is 35 inches ) it can easily be used as a sleeper, without sacrificing space for a pullout. The sleek look makes this a timeless piece. The fabric is a brown linen look. The bookcase and sides can be taken apart for easy transport ( all hooks in ).
