Seller's Notes:Selling my solid oak flip top dining room table/sideboard. It's a great versatile piece of furniture that has served me well, but just doesn't fit in my new apartment. Seats 8 (6 comfortably) and has a few dings. Also, one of the four fold out support arms is missing, but table still holds weight. I've had numerous dinner parties and never had a problem. For those saving space, it's great as a sideboard and folds out easily into a table if you're looking to entertain. Dimensions as dining table: Length: 64 in. (5 ft 3 in) Width (folded out) 40 in.
