Seller's Notes:This was purchased in August of 2018 from a furniture store licensed to sell Flexsteel products. This is from their Devon Collection. Retail price $4,295. Fabric is a micro suede which is washable with basic soap and water, recommended to avoid harsh chemical fabric cleaners. I've hardly spent much time home between school, travel, and work so this couch is very lightly used and there are no stains, tears, or blemishes.
