Seller's Notes:This incredibly realistic plant ( my cleaner once tried to water it!) has been in the family for 4 years. I purchased it to soften the area of a large loft space. Since moving, I don't have the space. It's of very high quality material, designed to truly resemble a real tree. There are cheaper versions, but few as realistic. Other than a 2 inch ding in the planter, it is in perfect condition. I would be able to deliver in NYC for a $30 fee.
