Seller's Notes:Hi! This chair is less than a year old and looks very very close to new. I won't need it in my new apartment. The back of the chair wobbles a little when you lean back into it but I've read that you can try tightening the screws underneath to minimize that. I haven't done this because it doesn't bother me. It's a firm chair with soft fabric that feels kinda like microsuede. I've used it mostly for decoration. :)
