Seller's Notes:The table can be extended to 4 different sizes. When closed to a console table the dimensions are: 35.04"D x 18"W x 31.3"H. With one insert it extends to 35.04"D x 39"W x 31.3"H and with two inserts it extends to 35.04"D x 60"W x 31.3"H. When fully extended the dimensions are: 35.04"D x 80.71"W x 31.3"H. This table transforms to extend to a large 80 inch dining table that can seat 8 to 12 people. The best use for this table would be as an extra table for large gatherings. It saves space, and is perfect for the limited storage space in NYC apartments. I wanted to keep it as an extra table, but I don't have enough space to keep it in storage. It is well taken care of, but there are some areas of the laminate were already peeled when it was shipped. Otherwise, it is in good condition. This design usually retails online for around $1000, because of the unique way that it is engineered and designed to transform from a console table to an extended dining table.
