Seller's Notes:The original price of this 10x7ft wall with a door was $1,444.22. I have included a few pictures of the wall and original invoice. They are accepted in all residential buildings in NYC. They are a perfect solution for flexing a room without using the annoying bookshelves. They have only been used for a year. I am moving into a new place and I don't need them anymore. They are great with noise, privacy, and easy to install. There are no marks on the wall. The door is accordion style. One day you can make it into a bar and another its a wall. There are no tools needed to build this wall. It takes around 30 minutes and I will have instructions upon request.
