Seller's Notes:Ethan Allen Oak Grandfather Clock Model 3044 78 height x 18 wide x 10 deep Queen Anne style oak floor case houses a brass 3-weight movement. Comes with the door key and the instruction manual. Excellent condition. The clock has been in a formal sitting room virtually untouched since it was purchased in the 1990s - very well taken care of and dusted regularly. It was cleaned regularly and kept in a smoke free/pet free home. We're downsizing and moving to a smaller house in a few weeks, so we can't bring it with us. Everything has to be out of the house in a few weeks - please make any offers!
