Seller's Notes:Great couch for a small apartment! This couch is well over 10 years old, however no one sat on it until I used it for my first apartment in New York City where people came and sat for the last 4 years (2015-present). The couch is in great condition, but looks more worn on the left side as that is where people sat most of the time. Some scratches from wear and tear on the leather but mostly on the side which faced a wall so not too noticeable. The couch has a pull out- willing to remove for shipping or you can pick up yourself! Willing to negotiate and upload more pictures and angles if necessary!!! :)
