Seller's Notes:Ethan Allen 3 person pull out sleeper couch. Textured Forest green stain resistant fabric. PRICE: $450 Retail when purchased: $2169 Couch is in excellent condition. No stains, rips or problems. All of the cushions still hold the same form as from when it was new. Purchased in late 2011. Couch was rarely sat on. It was kept in a spare room in our apartment. Pull out sleeper bed used 4 times. Queen pull out sleeper bed. Queen size mattress features inner spring units which are oven tempered giving the units "memory" to retain their shape. The coil inner spring unit provides support to the body for a fulfilling nights' rest. The mattress features a top panel that is needle quilted with a plush polyester fiber providing extra comfort. The hypo allergenic insulator pad wraps the top and bottom of the innerspring unit, hugging the edges so it can never shift. 75" length 36" width 36" height
