Seller's Notes:This beautiful chair has been in our living room since 2011. We purchased it at the Ethan Allen store in Hartsdale, NY. The fabric on it is called Brown Nomad Grade H; it has Tapered Legs (Finished) and they're made of Northwood. I can count how many times we have sat on this chair; no more than thirty times. The cushion has not softened whatsoever!! We have another couch that sits three and we sit on that one every day. This one is in great condition as you can see in the pictures. There is a small and subtle stain on the left (if you're sitting on the couch) arm rest (***I have the arm rest covers that can take care of that when you have guests over***) and you will see a few tiny ones scattered throughout; I think it is discoloring that occurs naturally on the fabric. We never ate or drank on this chair so that is the only thing I can come up with. You can barely notice the discoloring; you will have to get very close to notice.
