Seller's Notes:Selling this EQ3 couch since I'm moving out and want to minimize my stuff. It's been very well taken care of (has no stains, blemishes, holes) and is looking for a new home. The couch is very spacious for two people and can easily seat three. The fabric is a gray-blue polyester and the swatch on the EQ3 site is "Dillon Black Sand" (https://eq3.com/ca/en/productdetail/living/seating/sofas/stella-sofa---fabric.html). I bought it in 2015 for around $1000 (after tax/shipping) You'll need 2 people to move it down a single flight of stairs.
