Seller's Notes:PRICE REDUCED -- ABOUT TO TAKE THIS OFF THE MARKET IF I DON'T SELL IT BY NOV. 1! I bought this sofa when I moved into my current apartment exactly 5 years ago. It was pristine (see pic with the 4 throw pillows). That was before I got a dog, and before my kids spent a lot of time on this couch during the pandemic. It's taken a bit of a beating. HOWEVER...it still looks great, still does the job, and opens to a Queen sized mattress which is pretty comfy for a sleeper (or for any mattress). If you're a good seamstress, you might be able to fix the cushions. I am obviously not a good seamstress. So let's be honest, it's not this couch's first rodeo, but it would be a great "starter couch" for someone who can't spring for a brand new fancy couch. (This one was over $5K with the custom fabric.) I'm selling because I no longer need a sleeper sofa, and I'm feeling "green" more than red these days. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY IN LOWER MANHATTAN (NYC). MUST SIGN MY BUILDING'S CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE PRIOR TO PICKUP.
