Seller's Notes: An original classic - The Risom Dining Table (1943), by Danish designer Jens Risom, is testament to the simplicity and ingenuity that is so often found in timeless modern furniture. One of the first pieces commissioned by Knoll®, it brought the natural materials and understated form of Scandinavian design to large-scale U.S. production. Greenguard® certified for sustainable materials and manufacturing. Each piece is stamped with the KnollStudio logo and the designer’s signature. We left NYC during COVID and have had all our furniture in a climate-controlled storage unit. We are moving and selling all of our beautiful furniture. The Risom table is in excellent condition with only minor scuffs near the bottom of the legs of the table, which could easily be touched up with a satin wax. We are a two-person household with no pets, non-smokers and love design and take very good care of our furniture.
