Seller's Notes:A family heirloom originally acquired around the turn of the last century. Reupholstered about the year 2000, with new seat cushion in 2020. Upholstery in perfect condition, no fading. Wood across top and front of arms has slight wear of finish. Wood around claw-foot metal covers on legs has wear and tear but not noticeable. Parting with it due to change of aesthetics on move to smaller house.
