Because, they didn’t simply repair it. No, no. They sent a whole new exact same couch. So now we have two, and we can’t have two because this is a Brooklyn apartment Originally retailing for $2,500, we’re selling it for $800. Home has a dog — small French bulldog, who was forced the indignity of being allowed on the couch only when covered by a blanket. Delivered freshly vacuumed and spot cleaned. Really, aside from the minor stitching issue, it’s in stellar condition. No odor, no stains.
