Seller's Notes:This is a great table for a studio apartment—my husband and I used it in a 350 sq. ft. studio for everything from working on our laptops to hosting dinner parties. We're selling it because we finally moved to a larger apartment. The dimensions listed above are based on both leaves being open. However, with only one leaf the width can be reduced to 35.25 inches. With both leaves closed the unit only takes up 11.75 inches of depth. The table includes 4 folding wooden chairs that store neatly inside the unit.
